Our Story

NINE PASTRY by Chef Nir Netzer and young interpreter Pitchaya Sirivongrungson began as a home business many moons ago. In 2003, Chef Nir begun developing his skills in a professional environment with the role of F&B manager and graduating from Danon Culinary Center (Tel Aviv) and Le Cordon Bleu Dusit (Diplôme de Pâtisserie) gave him the knowledge and skill set to become a pastry chef. Chef Nir is known to “never waste time” - a common trait Israeli chefs are known for!

 

In 2019, when Chef Nir established Nine Pastry & Bakery he started to experimenting in the world of sourdough, baking, cakes, tarts, and French patisserie. The feedback Chef Nir received motivated Nir and Pitchaya to open Nine Pastry-Bakery shop on Sukhumvit 22.

With a strong solid menu, which includes artisan sourdough breads, cakes and tarts, savory and sweet pastries, and cookies with a Mediterranean influence, Nine Pastry is generating a buzz and attention in Bangkok

and the story lives on;
