Our Story

NINE PASTRY by Chef Nir Netzer began as a home bakery many moons ago. In 2003, Chef Nir begun developing his skills in a professional environment with the role of F&B manager and graduating from Danon Culinary Center (Tel Aviv) and Le Cordon Bleu Dusit (Diplôme de Pâtisserie) gave him the knowledge and skill set to become a pastry chef. Chef Nir is known to “never waste time”, a common trait Israeli chefs are known for.

Our sourdough's loaf are all handmade with a long fermentation process.

We use our own flour mix that we created and tested for many years. 

All loaf's are 100% Vegan, with a small amount of salt and no artificial Ingredients which makes our sourdough loafs very health and good for your diet.

Bread etc.

We Make specials breads & bagels from all around the world.

Polish challah, French Baguette & Jerusalem Bagel We like to use different spices & toppings from different areas around the world and combining it in our Breads.

Tart's & Cakes

In Nine Pastry we are making a verity of Cakes & Tarts, with classic's like French Lemon Tart and our take on the English Banoffee all the way to the Special Jewish Babka Cake with a "twist".

We work with the best ingredients we find on the market, we use top quality French Butter and Belgium chocolate as well as local fresh ingredients and special imported Herbs and spices.  

Pastries & Snack's 

Have a cookie or a healthy Cracker, start your Day with a fresh Flaky butter croissant next to your coffee. 

Small Treat's is what keeping us running and happy during the day.
